•$50 can help a family to provide clothing for their new foster or adoptive child
• $100 can provide 1-3 counseling sessions for newly foster / adoptive parents
• $250 can support the foster and adoption application process for a family
• $500-750 can send a family to summer camp where they can receive respite care for their children, trauma counseling and parenting supporting, and connect with others on a similar journey.

Opening your home to a child in need of a family is a profound act of love—and a courageous step of faith.

Foster and adoptive families step into the lives of children who have often experienced deep loss, trauma, and instability. While this journey is filled with joy and purpose, it is also gloriously hard, especially in the early days. Children are learning to trust again. Parents are learning how to care in new ways. And families are navigating unfamiliar systems, paperwork, and processes—all while building something as sacred as belonging.

No family is meant to do this alone.

Support Changes Everything

Unsurprisingly, foster parents who are supported within a community are twice as likely to continue fostering compared to those who do not have support. When families are surrounded, equipped, and encouraged, they are able to persevere - and more children find safe, loving homes as a result.

• Trauma-informed care and parenting support
• Guidance and coaching through complex foster and adoption processes within their home country
• Practical support for children’s needs, including clothing, education, and daily essentials

When families are supported, children don’t just enter homes - they begin to heal.

Scripture reminds us in James 1:27 that “religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans… in their distress.” When we come alongside foster and adoptive families, encouraging them, supporting them, and helping meet the needs of the children in their care, we are living out that calling together.
