Provide Seeds of HOPE for Families This Spring!
Recent attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure have prevented many parents from earning a living throughout the winter months. Without consistent heat or electricity, work has stopped, savings have depleted, and families —displaced and exhausted from years of conflict — are reaching a breaking point.
This is why we are launching our Seeds of Hope effort for this Spring.
Will you help us raise $75,000 to reach a goal of 7,500 families with Seeds of Hope boxes — to provide practical, dignified support that helps keep families together during a time of extreme vulnerability?
For $10, you can provide one family with a Seeds of Hope box that includes:
• Vegetable seeds such as beets, carrots, tomatoes, cabbage, cucumbers, and onions.
• Flower seeds, planted as a sign of beauty and hope amid hardship.
• “Mustard seeds” through a note of spiritual encouragement and most importantly an invitation to connect with our local ministry partners, offering community, prayer, and ongoing support.
Tragically, poverty — not the loss of family — is the leading reason children are separated from their parents and placed in orphanages. For this reason, these boxes are being distributed intentionally to vulnerable families most at risk of separation:
Military families whose primary provider is serving on the front lines.
Displaced families and war widows caring for children alone.
Families monitored by children’s services due to economic instability.
Households receiving social support, often just one crisis away from losing their children to institutional care.
Seeds of Hope Project Lead Andriy said, “Seeds of Hope had an unimaginable impact for families. Because we worked through trusted partners, people were willing to accept help — and the seeds were good and truly fruitful. After a winter with heavy snow, the soil is rich with water, and if we can get seeds into the ground early, this year’s harvest can be even stronger. We’ve met more families and villages through this work, and we know we can do more.”
Will you help us reach 7,500 families in need today? As Spring draws near and the soil begins to thaw, the critical window for planting seeds is fast approaching.
Thank you for standing with families through hardship and hope, through winter and uncertainty. As this next season unfolds, your generosity will help protect children, strengthen families, and allow hope to take root once more.
