Heritage Ukraine
Slavik and Alyona Puzanov have been serving in Odessa Ukraine since 2007. The ministry originally was born to serve orphans through monthly programming in the orphanages and at Camp LELA during the summer. Ever changing social and cultural norms and the war have changed the ministry significantly throughout the years. The focus is always the same, to share the Gospel and to care for those that are forgotten. Currently, Heritage Ukraine has these focuses.
1. War Relief
Temporary shelter for those evacuees, provision of firewood as a source of heat, mobile kitchen serving people on the street during blackouts, and food distribution for the deaf community.
2. Youth Ministry
JAM Day Center for all youth and a special weekly girl’s club
3. Family Ministry
Support and training for foster and adoptive families, art therapy and workshops for women to foster emotional support, and prayer and worship meetings
